RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS
RETURNS
As a small sustainable business returns can be costly for us and the planet. We encourage thoughtful purchases but will always work with you if something isn't right. Thank you for supporting slow sustainable fashion.
You have a 14 day period after receiving the goods to notify us to cancel the purchase. Please state your name and order number in the comments. Once you have notified us the item must be returned within 14 days of that notification.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/proof of purchase included in your delivery. Any damage will be subject to a cleaning/repair fee and may affect the validity of the refund.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you information on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned eg personal care goods (such as beauty products, lingerie, swimwear, jewellery). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item and make a separate purchase for the new item.
International returns
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on international sales outside of the EEA.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and checked your return. Once approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
